TARC, Inc has a rewarding career opportunity in Case Management. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is detail oriented and organized to provide Case Management to persons with intellectual and related disabilities.
This will entail working with the individuals and their support network to educate, inform and assist them to access and maintain services and benefits related to medical, social, educational and financial needs and supports for which they are eligible.
Education: Bachelor’s degree with preference given to degrees in human service fields (Applied Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Child & Family Development, etc.)
Experience And Training: Minimum of 1-year experience in the field of developmental disabilities required. Preference will be given to applicants with 2 or more years of experience working in human service fields and/or working knowledge of SMART goals, positive behavior supports, and strength-based case management.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office products and possess strong organizational skills.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends with eight (8) paid holidays. Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and PTO is offered and much more. TARC, Inc. is a participant in KPERS.
TARC, Inc. conducts background screenings and post-offer pre-employment drug testing. Must have and maintain a valid Kansas Driver’s License with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
