Nutritionist Home Care
Under the supervision of the Senior Therapeutic Manager, the Dietitian assesses patient nutritional needs, develops and implements nutrition programs and evaluates and reports the results. Consultation with available family caregivers is required to provide instruction on shopping and food preparation. Coordination with other healthcare professionals will be required, as appropriate, to coordinate medical and nutritional needs.
Requirements:
Completion of BS or MS in Nutrition or Dietetics and evidence of completion of an accredited program by the ADA is required. Successful completion of the Registration Examination for dietitians is required.
One (1) to three (3) years experience required, plus one (1) year home care preferred.
